Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery. Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event. Accessories that have been removed from original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@rowluxe.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your full name, order number, reason for return, and clear photographs of the item. Our customer support team will respond within 24 to 48 business hours with return instructions.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received. In such cases, Rowluxe will cover the return shipping cost in full.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different style or color, please contact us at support@rowluxe.com within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@rowluxe.com with your order number and photographs of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you
